I've considered more solutions to the problem of the light-weight feedback system than I care to remember. Web-to-email feedback forms, forums, mailing lists, etc... They all have their pros and cons. Basically, if you want to provide feedback, go ahead and post it here. I'll post an answer.
Or, if you'd rather communicate privately, my email address is siege@siege.org

What happened to the forum?
I got rid of it. Now that phpMyID is officially depricated, it serves no real purpose.
Does phpMyID support OpenID 2.0?
No, phpMyID is deprecated. That means it has reached its final release, and I no longer spend time working on it.
The download link for the MediaWiki Screenplay extension is no longer active. Can we still use it? Where can I download it?
MWSPE has been depricated for some time now. It also doesn't seem to be compatible with the newer versions of MediaWiki. The last version is available here if you'd like to give it a go.
Thank you for you time in developing and supporting phpmyid as it lasted. Please consider recommending and linking to a new product that I and others could use moving forward.
You're welcome on the first part... but I honestly haven't found anything else that quite measures up to what phpMyID was that I feel would make a suitable replacement. As a reminder, the existing code base does still work for a lot of the sites out there.
What happened with the testing of the digital battlemat?
Sadly, not very much. I don't actually game in person any longer, so the digital battlmat is sitting, unused, in my basement. All of my gaming takes place online now at Myth Weavers, and I use ditzie for my mapping.
Now that you've deprecated phpMyID, any recommendations for an alternative?
Well, there's the "surprise, you've probably already got a bunch" route, of course. As far as a direct replacement goes, I can't really recommend one. To be completely honest, I don't really even use OpenID at all anymore. The technology just hasn't taken off, and it seems that "Login via Facebook" is already more popular than OpenID ever was. Not that I think using FB (for anything) is a better idea, but hey, that's just my opinion. Maybe I should rebuild the damn thing after all.
So now that Facebook is embracing OpenID does that change your mind about the "login via Facebook" comment? :) I would really like to see something like phpMyId that supports Facebook (apparently you need OpenID 2.0 for FB)
It's a matter of time, really. I suspect that one day I'll just up and revive phpMyID, update it to support 2.0, and be done with it. For now, though, no promises.
The svn repository seems not to allow anonymous access: so, anonymous checkout is not possible.
Huh, well... that's annoying. I guess I had a bad config in there. Anyway, you can access the repo anonymously now: https://www.siege.org/oss/
If you ever decide to revive phpMyID and update it to 2.0 I'd be more than happy to make a donation.... In the same line of thought I'd be curious to know how much you think it's worth :)
Wow, I wasn't expecting that one. I guess I better start considering breathing some life back into phpMyID.
